I Miss You So Much
This was my dog Joe, my sidekick, my doggy soulmate for 16 years. He was a lab and beagle mix. When we said goodbye my heart was torn out of my chest. I cried for months. As part of my grieving process, I did this drawing of him. It felt so good to intimately know all the curves of his ears and his sweet nose and white eyelashes. I miss him dearly.
